Project background: The customer is a world-famous Internet e-commerce company. This time, the warehouse area in the Dubai Free Trade Zone is 35000 square meters and the height is 17 meters. Perform automated sorting operations for e-commerce logistics within this warehouse. As a professional refrigeration engineering company, we carried out air conditioning cooling work for this project.

Technical Implementation Description: In response to the characteristics of high temperature, drought, and dry air in Dubai during summer, we have conducted a professional solution design. Most of the other building solutions in the area use air-cooled condensation for cooling, which has low cooling efficiency, high energy consumption, and occupies a large area of ground outside the equipment. For this purpose, we have adopted a magnetic levitation cold water air conditioning unit, which reduces operating costs by 40-50% compared to traditional air conditioning units. Due to its oil-free design, there is no lubricating oil in the refrigeration system, and no oil film forms on the surface of the heat exchanger. This provides evaporation temperature in the evaporator and reduces condensation temperature in the condenser, greatly improving the efficiency of the refrigeration unit. Without the power of the lubricating oil pump and the cooling capacity consumed by lubricating oil, the energy efficiency ratio of the entire unit is greatly improved. And maintenance free, no need to replace lubricating oil, and no longer require regenerated refrigerant. The environmentally friendly refrigerant R134A is used this time, with an ODP of 0, low noise during operation, magnetic levitation without wear, and a service life of over 30 years.

The condensation method adopts water cooling, which has high heat transfer efficiency. For the internal installation and construction conditions of the warehouse, we have selected a floor standing air conditioning cabinet with fabric air ducts to supply air upwards. This design scheme allows construction personnel to only install and fix the refrigeration equipment pipelines on the ground, and then hang the fabric air ducts on the original building structure through steel wire ropes, which can avoid more construction work of refrigeration and air conditioning pipelines. For a 17 meter high warehouse, this design scheme reduces the safety hazards for workers during construction and greatly reduces the difficulty of construction. Saved engineering costs.

The entire project was completed by our engineers after 40 days of intense construction at the project site. When the temperature inside the warehouse approaches 45-50 degrees outdoors, the temperature inside the warehouse drops below 25-30 degrees. Satisfied the needs of the entire warehouse.

We have adopted remote management for the entire system, and within China, we can use the remote management platform to view real-time system operation data, historical records, and other functions. We also carried out such a warehouse cooling project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
